User name: Please be aware that user name can not be changed, so choose one you like.
Email: Please keep your email address current, as it is the only way to recover your password if you forget it.
Password: Password must be at least 8 characters long and must contain at least one number, letter, mixed caSe, punctuation, or symbols (*&! etc.) Please keep a record of your registration details. You can also train/permit your browser to remember your login details.
Mailing List: When you register as a member you are automatically added to NatureWorx.com mailing list.

To access NatureWorx.com ‘Members Zone’ you will need to be logged-in. You can Log in from the login link on the right column appearing on most pages.

How do I know if I am logged-in?

When you are logged-in, you will be able to see ‘Edit Your Profile’ form on the right column on most pages. It is also where you can change your email address and password if you wish.

Can I change my password?

Yes, you can change your password:
While logged-in:  Go to ‘Edit your profile’ on the right column and simply type your desired password twice and click on the ‘Save all changes’ button.
Not logged-in: Please go to the Log in page and click the Lost your password link and follow the instruction on the page.

My Password doesn't work -Forgot my password - I am locked out of the site?

Natureworx.com has a built in protection against hacking and brute force attack. (This means it is set to prevent multiple login attempts by robots to guess username and password). If you inputs a wrong password few times – a simple math question will appear on the login page. Failure to input the math answer – the site will lock you out, by blocking your ip address for 30 minutes. In other words come back after 30 minutes and try again, or go through the  Lost your password process.

My email has changed, should I update my profile?

Yes please, you will need an email address that you can access to recover your password. To update your email address log in, go to ‘Edit your profile’ form found on the right column. Type in your new email address and don’t forget to click on the ‘Save all changes’ button.
